The return is carried out in compliance with the declared general provisions for using the electronic store.

The tradesman guarantees the full refund of the sum paid provided that provided that all goods are returned intact and in the same condition in which the consumer has received them. This means that the goods should not be soiled, washed, changed or worn and that all labels or marks should be intact.

The transport costs for the return shall be covered by the tradesman. The return of the goods shall be done by the courier companies specified by the tradesman.

Otherwise the costs of the return shall be covered by the customer.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.The refunding of the sum for the returned products shall be done by bank transfer only within the 14-day term established by law as of the date on which the tradesman has been informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract but not earlier than the day after the day on which the goods have been returned in the condition specified above.
