Delivery of goods by  www.berbatov.com

Orders are accepted 24 hours, 7 days of the week. Orders made up to 2 pm (Bulgarian time) of the same workday shall be processed on the same day. Orders made after 2 pm (Bulgarian time) shall be processed on the first workday after the day of the order (Saturday and Sunday as well as the official holidays in the Republic of Bulgaria are not workdays on which orders are processed).

After processing the order it shall be delivered to the address submitted by you within 3 days for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and up to 5 days for the different parts of the world whereas for international deliveries for which there are definite requirements of the local customs administration the time for the delivery shall be prolonged by the time needed for meeting those requirements.

Delivery in Bulgaria shall be done:

1.To the address provided by the consumer;

2.To the office of the Econt courier company whereby the delivery shall be done to the address submitted by the Consumer or to an office of the courier company in the respective populated area.

IMPORTANT: In case the Consumer fails to provide an access and conditions for the delivery of the goods to the address submitted within the time specified or fails to go to the office of the courier company submitted so as to receive in time the goods ordered should he/she have chosen that option the Tradesman shall be exempted from the obligation to deliver the order within the time specified above whereas in the event of a repeated dispatching of the same delivery the consumer shall cover the costs of the courier service which shall not be refunded by the Tradesman in the event of a withdrawal from the contract.

Price of the delivery on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria: The cost of the delivery shall be covered by the customer and shall be calculated in the final price whereby the price of the courier service is calculated according to:

1.The address of the delivery (office of Econt or personal/business address)

2.The weight of the package.
Delivery to other countries in the world All orders to the other countries in the world dispatched by www.berbatov.com shall be delivered by DHL.

The mode of payment in www.berbatov.com is Via a card, PayPal, virtual POS terminal only
IMPORTANT: The payment incurs a fee to be paid by the customer. “DB9” EOOD does not require and does not receive any additional fees. Any incurred fee apart from the cost declared by “DB9” EOOD shall be between the Recipient and PayPal and/or the subject of contractual relations between the Recipient and the bank serving him.
